How can you not smile after watching this?

For background, the original dance / video has reached 341.2 million YouTube hits, and has shown no sign of abating, or plateauing. The video above hasn’t done too badly on its own, and will probably top 800,000 hits before the end of the week.  It might even exceed the 1.06 million hits generated by the Thriller (M.Jackson) dance number.
